You might catch a glimpse of this busy guy running around the Resort, but he’s working hard behind the scenes so our guests can enjoy all that we have to offer.

Costa Rica ResortBeau Williams - General Manager
Beau was raised in Northern California to have a great respect for nature and the outdoors, always preferring to be outside whenever possible. Beau went on to study Psychology and Anthropology at Chico State University in California. Upon graduating Beau began working at Crocodile Bay Resort as the Eco Tour Director, where he was able to embrace his love of the outdoors and under the teachings of many of the local guides, increase his appreciation for both the plant and animal life of the Rainforests of Costa Rica. In 2004 he left the Eco Tour Department and became General Manager, where he is better able to focus on every facet of the clients experience.

Alberto Herrera - Eco Director
Costa Rica Eco Vacation Alberto was born in San José, the capital of Costa Rica. But, from youth he has always preferred the life of rural areas. It is for that reason, that he studied Agrology and Forest Engineering. As a professional, Alberto has worked for a number of Conversationalist NGO’s, like the Neotropical Foundation, in the areas of Environmental Education and Sustainable Development. As a naturalist guide, he has led American university and high school student groups on field trips from 7 to 22 days. Costa Rica Spa ManagerJusta M. Solano - Spa Manager

After graduating, she worked for several multinational corporations in administration. While volunteering at a local hospital, Justa realized that she had an interest in the health care industry. She then began her studies in the medical field by completing the curriculum at several universities to expand her knowledge in all aspects of massage therapy and aesthetic care. She has worked at hotels throughout Costa Rica, and offered her services to the patients of several doctors in the San Jose area. Justa came to Crocodile Bay in December of 2006 as a massage therapist, and was promoted to Spa Manager in May of 2007.

Todd carved his niche in the fishing community as a lure manufacturer and outdoor journalist specializing in light tackle in Florida and Costa Rica. He has been published in many magazines and newspapers in both countries and invented a lure that was banned from tarpon tournaments in Boca Grande, Florida as an unfair advantage over live bait. The late Archie Fields brought Todd to Costa Rica nearly a decade ago to manage his famous tarpon resort on the Caribbean coast. Since Archie's death he has managed Golfito Sailfish Ranch and worked with America Sportfishing in the Hotel del Rey. He is a world record holder and has guided several others to world records.
